Commercial Toilets - Making it Easier For Your Customers to Go

Clean commercial toilets make a difference to many customers on whether or not they return. It probably has nothing to do with what you sell. People-women and men-may not remember if a bathroom is clean but they will remember if it is dirty.

Keeping a bathroom clean in a business is an ongoing effort and is directly proportional with how much traffic you have in your place of business. Even if you check a bathroom every hour, the place can be a mess in just a few minutes. The other problem is that unless you are long on employees, a busy store means you really need the employees up front, not cleaning bathrooms. What you can do is try and automate the restroom as much as possible.

An automatic urinal flusher helps to keep the men's restroom in check. You will usually have more paper products to clean up in the women's restroom but the men's tend to make nasty messes. An automatic flusher helps to keep overflows down to a minimum. The urinal flush valves can be bought in bulk for replacement and the battery life on the sensor mechanism is two to five years.

Commercial paper towel dispensers can be a luxury or a curse. The type that have vertical paper rolls with the friction tear mechanism helps to control wasted towel. The automatic hand dryers are great as long as they work.

Baby changing stations are a must in both men's and women's bathrooms for parent's traveling with small kids. Having a handicapped stall is a requirement in most states. A baby changing station can be mounted on the back of the handicapped stall's door. This gives the parent a place to take care of Junior in private and also keep toddlers in a somewhat contained area.
